Manuel Petacchiola is the Chief Operating Officer at Studio Costa Architecture.
He is specialized in Facility Management and Real Estate Management, Due Diligence, building renovations and restorations, conservative renovations, in particular of heritage-listed buildings located in historical location.
He has long experience as Works Management in the private sector and as Site Construction Manager for various primary public companies. He has Project Leader in Residential and Hospitality Projects, and has also supervised the design and construction management of one of the most significant Social Housing and Student Housing projects in Italy (in Turin and Milan). He has specific skills in the field of Environmental Management, Energy Efficiency and Energy Retrofit Processes.
Since 2020, within SCA, he has structured and is the Head of the service line for the management and coordination of projects within the scope of “Bonus Facades 90%” and “Superbonus 110% – ECO and SISMA.
