From 2014 to April 2022 General Manager of Fortebis a Primary Architectural & Engineering Firm with the role of coordinating Human Resources, Legal Affairs & Contracts Dept. and Tenders Dept.
She began her professional activity in 1997 in Health & Safety Management sector with Sintesi SpA. For the company, over time she held the roles of Technical Expert, Project Manager and then Head of Editing Dept. with the responsibility of resource coordination, planning and production, management and quality control of products and services.
In 2002 he started her collaboration with Fortebis as Manager in staff with the CEO and in 2003 she became Partner, gaining significant experience in the organization of corporate processes.
In 2004 she acquired the Project Management Expert certificate from AICE, Association of Economic Engineering, recognized internationally by ICEC, International Cost Engineering Council.
As expert in Project Management, she has also held the role of Strategic Coordination of Projects of particular relevance in the Real Estate sector (Due Diligence Pre and Post Acquisition of Real Estate assets, Project Validation, Feasibility Studies and Property Valorisation Projects).
From 2013 to 2015 she was a Senior Consultant for Deloitte on the Health&Safety Management contract for ASL Napoli 1 (the most complex ASL in Europe) with the role of interface for managers, coordination of professionals and assistance with financial reporting.
